Order processing times:
Our orders are processed within 3-5 business days. During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up to 7 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.
Shipping times:
We ship from our warehouse located in the UK, shipping times are different depends on locations:
Estimate delivery times for the UK: 3-5 working days.
Estimate delivery times for the rest of the world: 12-40 days
Please note we are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by factors outside of our control such as postal service delays, natural disasters or customs processing times.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, unless the items are personalised. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us at info@nativecrayons.co.uk before making a return or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
